Pricing Policy

Ted's Hardware reserves the right to correct any pricing errors if they occur.

All specials are expected to be available for the duration of the promotion, but unforeseen circumstances may result in delay or unavailability. All specials are also available in store, stop in and pick them up. Be sure to mention our website for special pricing.

Online orders with "Pickup in Store" selected must be picked up by the buyer at Ted's Hardware.

Gift Certificates can be mailed to recipients on order.

Shipping Policy

Ted's Hardware can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so be sure to check out our shipping restrictions section.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based your location, weight of item, and the shipping options you choose. A small handling charge is included with shipping, due to packaging costs and delivery to shipper.

Shipping Restrictions

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by Ted's Hardware to the following destinations:

  • APO/FPO Addresses - No cell phone or service sales
  • Prisons - We don't ship to Prisons due to delivery restrictions
  • International Shipping Limitations
  • California - No Husqvarna Sales

International Shipping Limitations

Sales of Husqvarna Products are not available outside the US.

For other products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Ted's Hardware, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Extremely heavy or large items can be shipped only to locations within the U.S. Please also check the product detail pages for this and any other item-specific shipping restrictions.

Returns

All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Ted's Hardware for RMA number and a reason for the return.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Ted's Hardware within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect item. For defective items returned within 15 days of delivery, once received at Ted's Hardware, we will ship out a replacement item.

Some items may have special returns policies. Please refer to the manufacturer warranty policy or contact us for clarification on the issue.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be refunded back into your Paypal Account. No other types of refunds allowed.

Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery can receive a partial refund. Contact us if it is possible due to package status and other concerns on that item. These items may be eligible for value up to 50% of the original price.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of items directly on the package.
